Excellent!! I liked Mark 1-but this is even better.Being a "chilli head" of many years standing-it is good to have a product like this that even I have to use with caution!! Lovely to jazz up the mild chillis I have to make for my less adventurous partner!! Makes simple dishes like cheese or beans on toast exciting-well done Phil and Kay
