Its chilli jam combined with a little heat from the amazing Bhut Jolokia chilli. We've toned down the heat somewhat but even so, its much hotter than our existing jam. If you like your chillies hotter, this is the one to go for!

Perfect with cheese on toast, used as a dip with chips, as a marinade or great as a glaze on meats. Also perfect for barbeques!
